Creator Agreement

CREATOR AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 01/07/2025

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Creator") and Amathyst Ltd. ("Amathyst", “we”, or “us”).

1. Nature of Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Amathyst. You set your own pricing, schedule, and offerings.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful profile and conduct.
  • Only offer experiences in line with our Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • Ensure your calendar and availability are accurate.
  • You are solely responsible for your tax obligations.
  • You agree not to engage in or suggest any adult services or romantic propositions.

3. Earnings & Fees

  • You set your own rate.
  • You keep 100% of your earnings.
  • Amathyst may charge a platform fee to Users but will not deduct from your payout.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (via Stripe or equivalent).

4. Cancellation & Conduct

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to suspension.
  • You may cancel a booking with reasonable notice but must inform the User and support.
  • Amathyst may remove you from the Platform for any behavior deemed harmful, unsafe, or misaligned with our brand.

5. Content & Licensing

  • You grant Amathyst a limited, non-exclusive license to use your profile images and content to promote the Platform.
  • You may not upload any explicit, suggestive, or illegal material.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold Amathyst harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your conduct, services, or violation of law.

7. Termination

You or Amathyst may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your profile will be removed, and any pending payouts will be processed in accordance with our policies.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.

By registering as a Creator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and this Creator Agreement.
